Bioaligning is a relatively newly defined term for an ancient tradition. Humans used to live in accordance with our circadian rhythms: we woke up with the sun, ate natural food when hungry, drank water when thirsty, took care of our family and community, shared our talents and gifts freely, and went to bed when tired. The key was how in tune we were with ourself and others. We listened to our body's needs and impulses to care for our physical requirements like nutrition and rest. Yes, sleep and rest is a requirement! We also were intuitively aware of what we were good at. This allowed us to provide value by unconsciously using our innate strengths in ways our community needed it.

Biohacking, on the other hand, involves making incremental changes to diet, lifestyle, or environment to maximize health and/or performance. It encourages the use of science and then experimenting on yourself to identify goals to improve certain areas like brain function or weight loss. While biohacking works for many people, it can be overwhelming for others. It often requires staying abreast of current research, involves tracking/logging your efforts so you know what works for you, and includes tools or supplements that cost money. This definitely works for some people, but it is not feasible for others.

Aligning with your body's rhythms and intuitive strengths is the essence of bioalignment. Everything you need to be the best version of you is available from your body's, brain's, and spirit's cues. And it's free. Completely free. You don't need to spend any money to get in touch with your core essence and quickly find ways to live a more balanced and purpose-driven life.
